Who I am

NeoBuiltWeb (also called NeoBuilt) is a one-person web design business in Linwood, New Jersey, run by Neo. When this page says “I” or “me,” that’s who it means. You can reach me at 609-233-6064 or [email protected].

What the quote form collects

When you ask for a quote, the form sends me what you type in:

• your name, phone number and email address
• your business name
• what you need and any message you write

I use this only to reply to you, give you a price, and do the work if you hire me. The form is delivered to my email by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. It passes your message along and does not use it for anything else.

What this website does not do

• No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no Facebook pixel.
• No tracking cookies.
• I never sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.

If I contacted your business

I look for local businesses that could use a better website, using only public business information: the business name, its listed phone number, its website, and its public Google and social media listings. I don’t collect home addresses, personal phone numbers or anything about anyone’s private life.

If you’d rather not hear from me, just say so: reply “no thanks” to any email, or tell me by phone or text. I’ll mark you as do-not-contact and won’t reach out again.

My use of Google services

I use a small internal tool (“NeoBuilt Harvey”) that connects to my own Gmail account through Google’s API. It creates email drafts for me to review, sends lead summaries to my own inbox, and reads replies to my outreach so opt-outs are honored. It only ever accesses my own mailbox, never anyone else’s.

NeoBuiltWeb’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone.

How long I keep it

I keep quote requests and client records for as long as we work together, plus what I need for normal business and tax records. Outreach notes are kept so I don’t contact the same business twice, and so a “no thanks” is always respected.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the information I have about you or your business. Call or text 609-233-6064 or email [email protected], and I’ll take care of it.
